1. . FIDIC & Construction Contracts: Review, manage, and draft FIDIC agreements, variations, extension of time (EOT) claims, liquidated damages (LDs), warranties, indemnities, payment/security clauses, and dispute protocols.

2. . UAE Laws & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full alignment with UAE Federal and Dubai laws, executive regulations, decree-laws, and regulatory updates.

3. . Industrial & Manufacturing Compliance: Manage MoIAT licensing, manufacturing regulations, DIC approvals, ESMA/MoIAT product certifications, standard compliance, and factory ops.

4. . Government & Federal Authorities: Oversee ongoing regulatory compliance with MoIAT, MOHRE, FTA, UAE Customs, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, and Dubai Civil Defence.

5. . Commercial Contracts: Draft, negotiate, and execute sales, purchase, supply, distribution, agency, service, subcontracting, and manufacturing agreements.

6. . NDAs & Confidentiality: Protect IP, technical know-how, trade secrets, manufacturing procedures, and proprietary tech through NDAs and strict confidentiality clauses.

7. . Corporate & Company Law: Maintain MOA/AOA, shareholder agreements, board/shareholder resolutions, corporate governance framework, statutory filings, and UBO disclosures.

8. . Banking & Finance Review: Review facility documentation, corporate/personal guarantees, security packages, bank covenants, share pledges, and financing terms.

9. . Banking Compliance & KYC: Manage corporate bank KYC requirements, UBO attestations, bank mandates, authorized signatories, and source-of-funds verification.

10. . AML / CFT & Sanctions: Execute strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT), sanctions screening, and counterparty due diligence.

11. . Tax & FTA Compliance: Direct compliance for Corporate Tax and VAT—including tax invoices, registration, periodic filings, and avoiding FTA penalties.

12. . MOHRE & Employment Law: Oversee employment contracts, HR compliance, WPS payroll, working hours, leaves, terminations, labor disputes, and work permit issuances.

13. . HSE Compliance: Manage factory health and safety standards, environmental permits, hazardous material storage, industrial waste management, and emergency readiness.

14. . Insurance & Risk Management: Secure and maintain industrial property, third-party liability, Workmen's Compensation, project insurance, and CAR policies.

15. . Intellectual Property (IP): Register and protect trademarks, patents, technology licenses, and proprietary manufacturing processes.

16. . Import/Export & Customs: Ensure compliance with Dubai Customs, HS codes, certificates of origin, import/export filings, and cross-border trade restrictions.

17. . Sales & Purchase Compliance: Implement customer/supplier risk assessments, payment protection, title/risk transfer terms, warranties, and delivery terms.

18. . Tenders & Government Contracts: Review tender agreements, issue bid bonds/performance guarantees, register on government portals, and enforce tender conditions.

19. . Dispute Resolution & Notices: Manage breach/default notices, dispute settlements, court litigation coordination with external counsel, and arbitration proceedings.

20. . Licences & Permits Register: Maintain a real-time tracker for all commercial, industrial, operational, and environmental permits, certifications, and renewal deadlines.

21. . Corporate Governance: Structure ExCom and Board documentation, manage delegation of authority (DoA) matrices, resolve conflicts of interest, and keep official records.

22. . Data Protection & Cybersecurity: Ensure compliance with UAE Data Protection Law across employee, customer, and supplier data, alongside cybersecurity policies.

23. . Vendor Due Diligence: Perform legal, sanctions, financial, and regulatory checks on vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors prior to onboarding.

24. . Legal Compliance Audits: Conduct periodic internal audits to test compliance across contractual, industrial, tax, labor, banking, and environmental obligations.

25. . Legal Register & Calendar: Maintain a dynamic tracker for legislative changes, filing deadlines, regulatory deadlines, and department responsibility matrices
